I think I should be embarrassed

LO gets fed at dc, they provide the food and then we get a report about the day with notes on how they eat. Every day for breakfast, lunch and snack it says "Ate lots!" or "Ate a ton!" I know it's good that she eats, but how they put it almost makes me worry. Silly right?

Re: I think I should be embarrassed

  • My child eats 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 snacks just at daycare. I have no clue where she puts it. I felt so bad, I offered to bring some extra food.

  • So not be embarrassed you're saying? ;;) I think it started bugging me because of how she eats at home. I don't know where she puts it either. Lol

  • No need to be embarrassed. I am also the mother of a black hole and I kind of take pride in it. She has a healthy appetite and loves to eat. :)

  • Yes, it's a good thing! Veronica eats a lot and it makes me happy since my boys were very picky eaters.

This is just a daycare thing, I think.  On Tyler's sheet they write some, most, or all.  Kevin gets annoyed like, "How am I supposed to know what the hell some means?" They can't get too specific although it would make our lives easier!
I agree with all of this!  My H and I often wonder how much "some" is!
