Damn. I've been balancing on one leg and struggling through the pain like a chump! Also, compression stockings are the bane of my existence right now; very difficult to get on.
I manage to get my compression stockings on ok in the morning but pulling them off after work is a struggle. Totally worth it though.
Oh yes, the dreaded compression stockings - I was winded the other day trying to get them on. I thought that was bad, but you're right getting them off is worse because it's at the end of the night, I'm exhausted and DH is sleeping when I get home so I just yank and peel and try not to get too frustrated!
Why are pants hard to put on? I just put mine on same as usual :-/
even with your organs in your ribs? can you breathe?
That's not so bad. You can go a few seconds without breathing I do have SPD which means I bend over to put them on (standing) rather than picking up either foot really high.
This is not just a pants problem, it's a get your underwear on problem too! I have to sit on the bed and basically play ring toss with my feet.
Socks do not exist in my vocabulary anymore, nor do any other shoes other than flip flops. Thank goodness I am due in 15 days because I don't know how I would dress myself for cold weather.
eta: shit my ticker says 14 days! It's the final countdown
I've been wearing flippy floppies ever since I got pregnant! Ain't nobody got time for socks! And yes, it's a damn struggle for me to put on my panties and capris !!! I hate it! Switching sides sucks at night as well. I feel like a turtle turned over on its back! So helpless!
I now look at my FIL - who has a glorious beer belly - and wonder how the H he gets around. Baffling.
I wonder the same thing about my dad, who is practically a Weeble.
ETA: Haven't had a lot of trouble putting on pants, but I also still regularly sit comfortably with my knees up to my chest. I do wear flip flops on the regular, though. I have no interest in learning how difficult putting on socks and tying shoes has become.

Re: Serious question.
Pants - sit on edge of bed. Try. Try. Try. Then yell for help.
Rolling over - if I need to go right, I roll a little left and hope the momentum carries me right. Then I yell for help.
Socks - Yell for help.
Tying my shoes??? Straight to the husband. I gave that up 2 weeks ago.
