I've been lurking for a few days and figured I would just go ahead and introduce myself, although I do so hesitantly. I'm currently 7w3d pregnant. I suffered a mc at the end of march of this year (I was 9w4d) and had a D&C. It was a horrible time for me, as i'm sure you all can relate. It was DH and I's first pregnancy and we were so excited. We literally told everyone when we found out we were pregnant and when we mc it made it even more painful to tell everyone about the loss. With this pregnancy we've only told our parents and are waiting until we here a heartbeat (which we didn't have before). This year has been really bad for us. Like I said we had the mc the end of March, April I found out my father had cancer, the end of August he passed and 3 days after his passing we found out I was pregnant. We are really hoping this is the good news that our family needs. I had blood work done last week to check my hcg levels and progesterone and the doctor said they both were really good showing a normal healthy progressing pregnancy. We now wait for Tuesday when we go for an ultrasound to see if we have a heart beat. I'm so nervous. Things feel differently with this pregnancy and I'm hoping that is a good sign. I'm so hesitant to be on this site and start thinking things baby but I think i'm at the point where I feel like I can't worry and should be enjoying this but then debbie downer comes along and I worry because of everything that has happen before. UGH! I'm hoping that if I have a support system of you wonderful ladies that it will help. Thanks for letting me introduce myself.
