For those who accidentally flagged - go to the post and "love" it and that should undo your flag. @letranger was this the case with you? I "think" she means that she doesn't necessarily believe that when He created the world in 6 days that the days were actually days like we know them, 24 hours. Some people believe that by "days" they mean periods of time which would likely be much longer than our day now. I don't personally believe this but I know some people that do.

I hate that some religious people make the rest of us look like loons. I also hate that some people group all religious people together with the crazies that don't believe in dinosaurs or believe in spanking infants... it's so far from the truth.

I also think J-hos is extremely disrespectful and the ex Jehovah witnesses were probably meaning it in a disrespectful way if they were x's.

Seriously seriously rude and disrespectful. Also JWs absolutely believe in dinosaurs.

And they sound crazy. I grew up in a Catholic household and my children attend a private Catholic school where, guess what, they have dinosaur books! And posters! Oh my!

@msronzio It's called blanket training. Something the Duggars do. They put a baby on a blanket when they learn to crawl and when the baby crawls off the blanket, they spank them with a ruler. It makes the baby stay on the blanket to play. And yeah, it is as awful as it sounds.
