I had my first appointment today and the US showed LO to be 8.3 weeks but no heart beat. I was so stoked to get a US and when I first saw him I said to the DH look see his face! Then the tech said no heart beat... I am not sure what to think or feel at this point just tears...dnc is Friday. This is my first MC... hope to one day be back with a new lo... I wish all of you nothing but the best in the months to come. My thoughts and prayers are with you and know I will be thinking you in April. Praying for all healthy beautiful babies.

I am so sorry that you are going through this. I hope your doctor will do a followup US on Friday prior to your D&C. I don't say this to give you false hope, as it probably won't turn anything up, but at least you can be sure. The MC/Loss board is great for talking to people who have been and are going through this. When you are ready, the ladies on TTCAL are wonderful.
