  During labor obviously DH.  Other than that just immediate family - parents and siblings. 
  During deliver is DH only... unless some unforseen complication comes up then I want my mom (a nurse) in there too.
  Shortly after the birth we will allow the family members that are waiting in as a group to meet the baby.  They don't stay long and will all be cleared out in about 30 minutes.
  
  And I do everything in one room (labor, delivery, recover, stay) so there is no moving around.  The only time I would leave my room is if I need a c-section.  And that OR is within 100 yards of the L&D rooms.

  It was DH, my mom, and my maternal grandparents in the room. My grandfather would step out when I got checked. DH was the only one who stayed once the decided to do a c/s.

  This time around it will be just DH and I.  With DD1 my mom was in town so she spent some time with us while I was laboring but she left for the waiting room when they came to break my water and then once I was all cleaned up she came in to see us before heading back to the house for some sleep.  If this LO comes on time no one will be in town but if she is a week late my parents might be in town but they will be watching DD1 but if they want to take turns being in the waiting room for news then that's fine with me.  Once all the action starts no matter who is in the waiting room only DH and medical personal will be in the room.

  H and I just asked my sis to be there too. H admitted he will be a horrible coach and my sis has a medical background and a level head. This was they can trade off, eat, etc id they need a break.

  My DH and my mom. Same people for the last 2 as well.

  I would like DH and my mom in the room with me, but, DH wants it to just be him and I. I'm torn because my mom and I are super close and I feel like I really need her to be in there as well. It's definitely something that will be decided on soon. Another issue is my MIL has made comments about giving a "mean back rub" which I know translates into her wanting to be in the room as well, however, I am not rly too keen on that.   My husband for sure. Probably my mom and maybe my sister in law unless my MIL is there and then I'm sure ill have to put her on the list if my mom is.
