Was anyone able to try for a vbac if they were also considered high risk?
I'm considered high risk (I think) because LO had IUGR and I had pre-e...not what landed us in a C-section.
There will be about 20-21 months between deliveries.

I was high risk due to unexplained PTL and saw a MFM in addition to my during my second pregnancy, and he was very supportive of my VBAC. It's totally individual, but in my case being high risk didn't exclude me from being a VBAC candidate.
And my successful VBAC was almost 20 months to the day of my previous c-section.
Yes, I know people who have had or attempted VBAC in high risk pregnancies. It depends on your specific situation of course. But don't hesitate to be upfront about your interest in VBAC and to ask your doctor lots of questions.
