Help. Poop up the back.

How in the world does one prevent the poop up the back situation? Ugh. Now that he's mobile, almost every poop is either up the back or around the legs. I am tired of having to do laundry with every poop. Some cheaper outfits I just throw away, it's so yucky. His diapers fit great and don't leak pee at all. I feel like he needs a diaper that fits all the way to his neck.
Started TTC 2/2009
Started fertility treatments 11/2010
Ovarian dysfunction, LPD, male factor
6 failed medicated IUI's
Pregnant 5/2011 - Miscarriage at 6 weeks due to triploidy
Decided to adopt - 6/2012
SURPRISE! Pregnant without intervention - 7/2012 
Sweet Baby James Born 3/2013
Decided to be "One and Done"

....OR NOT.
Pregnant 12/2018 despite birth control pills
Here we go again...

    DS had blow outs almost every day from 6 to 7.5 months. It sucked, we tried every diaper. Now his poop is firm enough he has grown out of the blow outs...hopefully! Try the cloth diaper covers. GL!

    how often is he pooping?  our only blow outs were when it has been a few days between poops.  I have upped the prune/peaches/plum-type fruits, and water intake and try to do cereal only every 3 days or so to keep her more regular.  No blowouts since the change.
