Weird Skin Issues...Any Help?

So I am 28w5d and have noticed in the last week that from my belly button on up about 2-3 inches is numb. Not tingly and not deeply numb but when DH rubs my belly or I accidentally run into the counter, I don't notice it happening until I feel pressure.

Also I lost 200lbs in 10 months and got pregnant right away, so obviously I have some loose, hanging skin. Well my lower stomach, below my belly button seems like it is hanging lower and lower while the skin is really thick feeling and the pores look huge. I forgot to ask the doc when I was in on Wednesday but will be seeing them again on 9/25 so hope to remember to ask then.
