Activities for a 2 year old

My twins are 2 years old... but adjusted age is 21 months because they were born prematurely.  What are some good activities that your 2 year old enjoys?  Unique things that aren't the norm... such as... going to the park, playing with blocks, etc.  Thanks!  Any ideas would be great :)

    I don't know of any unique ideas, but my 23 month old likes bubbles, wrapping towels around his waist, spreading blankets on the floor, and jumping off the highest object in a room he can find.
