  The first line is the "control" line. It would be there if you were not pregnant. The second line is dark because your HCG levels are so high it is draining the control line... This is what the First Response Website said. Mine looked same. Congrats mommy!!!

  You have it backwards (the line on the left is the test line) but the result is the same, OP is pregnant.
