When is your shower if u are having one?

I have a couple of my friends getting together with a couple women from my family to throw me one big shower

It's November 10. I'm super excited for it! Been updating my registry a lot lately.

Ours is October 20th.

My sister is planning it for me and is having some trouble with the IL's.. but doesn't want us to tell them to throw their own. lol, it's supposed to be a fun day!

I am so excited for my showers! I just got an email "Save the Date" for my first one, and it did make it seem more real! I have a family/family friends shower on October 27 (30w4d) and a friends shower on November 16 (33w3d)!

I'm not sure if I'm having one yet as nobody has offered to throw one for me hahah!!! I really, really want one but not for silly party games and presents. I want all of my girlfriends in one place at one time and I want each of them to buy or make me a card and inside - one piece of advice or one "I wish somebody had told me....". I also want to just chat baby stuff, find out what they all went through and all that jazz.

I have these moments where I feel so overwhelmed and under prepared!

My aunt just told me last night she is throwing me one the Sunday before thanksgiving... I have 3 other older kids, is it bad to have a shower for this baby?

December 8! Like Mallory I am a bit worried about it being close to baby but figure we will just leave tags on if we buy anything on Black Friday! I didn't even think about football conflicts...ugh! I think we are pretty safe in December. It was really the best weekend for the hostesses.

That's awesome. My MIL picked my shower date because it is a by-week for PSU and my mom picked her date cause it is the week after the season ends lol.

They are on bye week Oct 27 (the day we chose). We're having the shower early bc I'm in grad school and any later would be tough with deadlines and such, and also I have to fly to get to my hometown as I just moved.

Yes I am getting super excited about my baby shower! I have one November 2nd and one November 9th. One an hour away in our home town and then one in our current town, I am so excited for our shower!!!

I'm having a work luncheon on Nov. 6th, my girl/family shower on Nov. 9th and our co-ed shower with all our friends on Nov. 16th. All right at the same time but they will be so different it will be fun.

my sister is planning mine and we had the same thought -with holiday shopping and holiday parties and the weather change we didn't want to make it super inconvenient for people. She won't tell me the date though! I know it's either late Oct or early Nov and I will be 27 weeks preggo on Halloween. She said she was thinking of giving me a day or two notice so I can mentally prep for it because I am trying to convince her that surprising a preggo is NOT a good idea.

One with moms in Oct and two in Novenber (16 and 23) for two very different groups of friends. The shower on the 23rd is being planned around the college football game and it's co-ed. Appreciated the ladies on this thread who are balancing football schedules as well!

I'm having 3 baby showers. My mother (doesn't get along with anyone) is having hers nov 2. MIL is having hers dec 8. And step mother (thinks she's to good to go to the others) is having hers jan 4. Three months of baby showers! Ugh!
