36 weeks, 2 days. Went to my doctors appointment & she sent me straight to l & d. 4 cm dilated 80% effaced & she could feel the baby's head and fingers. I guess he's coming now!

Were you having contractions? My OB said today that you could walk around at 4 cm for weeks or go into labor early when you're just 1cm.

I lost my plug a little over a week ago & I've been cramping for a couple days which I guess may have been contractions. Of course I got here right at shift change so I'm waiting.
