My back hurts so, so much

Does anyone remember back during 1st trimester? It seems so bizarre that the baby is like 7 mm and yet my back feels like I've been kicked repeatedly. I feel like a bad mom because I can't really play with DS in this position :(

    Thank you so much ladies! I just feel so depressed about it since the only way I feel comfortable is flat on my back. Do you remember how long it lasted? I'm so worried it's going to last the whole time!

    I would also rec a good chiro who works with pregnant women. I started going at 12 weeks but I could have used the help sooner.

    Oh girl I do remember. Now I'm on the opposite end at 37 weeks and my back is killing me again. It's tough carrying around an inside baby and a 25 lb outside baby! I feel your pain. Hang in there!
