Heights!!! I hate them....I can't look out windows if I am high up. Or if I know I will be somewhere that is high up I will get very anxious! Just thinking about heights now is making my heart beat fast.

I'm so claustrophobic! I once cried in a crowded elevator.
I once visited St. Louis with my family and took this little pod like elevator to get to the top of the St. Louis arch. I was freaking out the whole time and didn't want to go back down. I had to sing "My Favorite Things" from the Sound of Music to keep myself calm.

I also have an irrational fear of alligators. I say it's irrational because I have never lived in a state that has alligators. Ever since watching "Romancing the Stone" as a child, I've had recurring nightmares about them. Eeek!

SS - Snakes. Absolutely, completely terrified of them. Doesn't matter how big or small. Bats are a close second.
July TTCAL Siggy Challenge - Favorite Children's Book Surprise BFP 5/15/12, EDD 1/29/13, mm/c @ 8wks, discovered at 11wks, D&C 7/11/12 AF finally arrived on Christmas after 167 days of waiting. TTA until January 2014 PGAL/PAL always welcome
I voted SS. Spiders scare me a little bit, but mostly it's roaches and crickets. I am absolutely terrified of both of those.
Roaches I understand. Crickets are so cute. Ok, maybe cute is the wrong word. They are a little creepy and alienish.
Haha cute is definitely the wrong word
I had a cricket infestation in my room as a teenager (I was killing over a dozen a day for about a week.) My first job was at PetCo where we had to bag crickets for snake reptile owners and they would jump all over you. (I cried the three times they tried to make me do it.) And then in college the city I moved to had "cricket season" where there were swarms of crickets everywhere.
I can't help but hyperventilate and/or cry when I see their creepy alien bodies. Hah this makes me sound crazy.
Uh no, it doesn't make you sound crazy. It does make you sound like the cricket lady. JK:) I think I would definitely be traumatized by the events you have described. I am cringing just thinking about it.

SS: people standing over me while I am sitting. I start hyperventilating if they do it too long.
Second: spiders
So you must hate the dentist?
Oh, that's my other one! The dentist. I get so anxious going to the dentist.
You should come to my dentist. He's really good and people who have high anxiety from bad dental experiences in the past, love coming to us. Seriously. I'm sure it would be worth the $500 flight plus you'd get to see me:)

Of course I can't just have a normal, typical fear. I am ridiculously afraid of blimps. When I see them hovering, I get some serious anxiety. DH thinks that I was on the Hindenburg in my former life.
SS - Snakes. Absolutely, completely terrified of them. Doesn't matter how big or small. Bats are a close second.
Bats are disgusting!
I voted spiders-even though I killed one in the office this morning-but I forgot about snakes. TOTALLY freak me out NO matter the size! I can handle little spiders or daddy long leg spiders but not big ones...big ones make me have a panic attack just thinking about them at my desk...

I am afraid of random stuff. To name a few, I HATE crickets (which is bad since I live in the country.), turkeys, sharks (I love the beach but refuse to get in the water past my knees) & elevators. I get in elevators but everytime I am convinced it's going to fall this time.

Lol! I didn't see this until after I replied. DH thinks I'm weird for being afraid of crickets. I refuse to go near the box of them in the sporting goods dept at Walmart. I almost jumped out of the boat one time while fishing with DH when one got loose. Then I got trapped in the basement at work b/c there was a freaky looking one in front of the stairs. Someone just happened to come down & kill it for me.

I lived in my parents basement storage room for a summer after my first year in college in a makeshift room with curtains as walls. It was great for coming in late but horrible for the crickets! My clothes weren't in drawers just on shelves and I remember unfolding a pair of jeans once and a cricket coming out. Yeah, pretty sure I almost peed my pants... GROSS!
