I got my BFP yesterday morning at 9DPO. We couldn't be happier.
Details: I'm still BFing my 17 1/2month old, a LOT, including overnight. I had my first PP AF in July when he was just shy of 16 months. I've been charting since June and this was our second cycle TTC. Our timing was 0-4, 0-2 and 0. I used OPKs, checked CM and CP and temped. It wasn't easy because DS was still up in the MOTN so I had a lot of open circles but I was still able to see a temp shift.
I tested with a FRER at 8DPO and got a stark white negative. I tested again on 9DPO with SMU and got a faint line. DH didn't believe the FRER because it was faint so I tested again this morning at 10DPO and got a + digi. He can't deny it now.
EDD: May 21, 2014 DS will be just shy of 26 months.
I wanted to thank all of you ladies. I was part of this board in 2011 when TTC DS and I found this board to be even more helpful this time around, especially with all the other BFing ladies on here. Thank you so much for your help, advice and support and I wish you all the best of luck.
If anyone has any advice on BFing while pregnant I'd love to hear it.

My Chart
It's normally perfectly safe to BF while pregnant. Some mothers do notice a drop in their milk supply during the early/middle part of pregnancy. The flavor of your milk may also change (becomes saltier). Some children will wean because of the supply drop or change in flavor, but many don't mind the changes and nurse just as happily as they always have.
Nursing can produce some tiny but harmless contractions. If these concern you, chat with your OB or midwife.
Make sure you're drinking a lot of water and consuming enough calories. A lot of nursing moms report more tiredness than they experienced in their first pregnancy.
If you would like some information on tandem nursing, I can send some your way too!
