  The first time I saw this was in an October 13 gif thread a few months ago and I laughed so hard I wet my pants. I've wanted to use it ever since then.

  I definitely remember having a nearly identical outfit for a tap dance recital when I was 5, except the midriff wasn't open LOL. Also I hate that I can't post GIFs with iPad. Booooooo
