AF Clots question - TMI warning

Anyone have any experience with clotting? I used to have thick dark and minimal flow but with diet changes and acupuncture have improved to brighter and more substantial flow. And yes, I know many of you are cursed with heavier flow (that sucks!) and it sounds crazy, but the light flow was also a symptom of problems.

Anyways, more recently, I've had lots of clots and what appears to be bits of tissue (white). I'm not freaking out that my ute's falling out or anything, but I just wondered if any of you have had feedback from your docs about the cause of clots. None of my OBs or REs seem to have any opinion whatsoever.

Regularly access alternative medicine to supplement a lack of resources in our geographical area.
  • Three rounds of clomid (50mg days 3-7) were useless.
  • IUI#1 w/clomid & HCG in May 2013, BFN.
  • IUI#2 w/clomid & HCG on July 23rd. BFN.
  • IUI #3 in August cancelled last minute, due to lab error.
  • IVF#1 - Started Gonal F stims October 13 2013 for IUI. Over-responded with too many follicles, so converted to IVF. Retrieval October 29th - got 5 eggs, 4 fertilized. Had 2 perfect little embryos transferred on day 3 (Nov. 1). The remaining 2 didn't survive to freeze. Got our BFN on November 13th 2013.
  • IVF#2 - Started stims August 21st. Triggered with Suprefact, started on dostinex due to risk of OHSS. Retrieval September 5th - got 27 eggs! 21 embryos on day 3. Embryos deteriorated quickly. ESet 5day blast on Sept 10. No embryos high enough quality to freeze. BFN came Sept. 22.

Reserved a semi-known proven donor in August .

Waiting for consult/screening and protocols with estimated fresh cycle timing in October

    I've never had anything white or tissue-like, but I have endo and have super heavy periods. Some clots, especially in the first couple of days. If your doctor isn't worried I wouldn't worry about it!

    I'm in the same boat I had two periods last month....the last period ended with some huge clots. I passed one so large I took a picture of it I plan on showing it to my doctor on Monday.
    Me: +35 DH: +35
    TTC: Since January 2013 
    DX: PCOS. Severe Endometriosis, Unicornuate Uterus w/only left tube and left ovary, Pedunculated fibroid (on the outside of uterus) and Anovulation. All conditions diagnosed 8/13
    TX: Metformin
    DH DX: MFI - low morphology, low motility
    Ultrasound shows both kidneys in spite of UU. 
    HSG showed clear tube on the left side. 
    Lap Surgery performed 1/9/14 to remove fibroid and endo (Stage 3)
    • IUI# 1 June 2014 started 100 mg of Clomid - 7dpiui Progesterone: 13: BFN
    • IUI#2  July 2014 started 100 mg of Clomid - 7dpiui Progesterone: 5.75: BFN
    • Natural Cycle - so shocked to be in 2WW - 7dpo Progesterone: 15.5: BFN
    • Working with new RE starting injectables in late August.
    • IUI #3 August 2014  w/ Menopur: BFN
    • Finally ovulating on my own!!
    Waiting to start IVF hopefully

    I have clots but my RE never asked so I never thought anything about it.

    However, I started taking a baby aspirin every day for other reasons a few months ago and noticed that the number and size of my clots decreased on every AF since.  Now I have much more of a flow rather than just a bunch of clots.
    Baby girl N born 10/29/14!
