  I found the book really helpful, and it's a pretty quick read.  I just downloaded it on my kindle app.  In addition to explanations behind the theory of BLW, there are also lots of good food ideas.  Do you have a kindle?

  I think it's worth it, personally. Like TJ said, it's a quick read with lots of good background and ideas.

  It's an e-reader. My hubby has actually taken kindle files and transformed them to be read by the kindle. I don't know how he does it but he's my techie genius lol.

  I believe that there are 2 books-- one of them is a "cookbook" and it has all the necessary basic information also in it. I recommend the cookbook version. Not crucial, but helpful.

  I agree. I have mine on Nook, and I was glad to have it as a resource.

  I think that's true.  But you can't access loaned books on the app.  It would still be awesome to have though!  I love reading on my kindle app while I'm nursing.

  I got the book out of the library.  It's a very quick read, like done in a matter of an hour or two (a lot of the stuff is kind of repetitive, IMHO).  NOt sure if I would want to spend the $ on the book, just my 2 cents.

  Yes! I bought both because I thought they went together. Nope. Just get the cookbook.

  Clomid 50mg 12/2011 = BFN
  Clomid 100mg 1/2012 = BFN, with Cyst
  IVF #1 Lupron/Menopur/Gonal-f/HCG Trigger
  ER 4/19/12 = 11 retrieved, 6 fertilized,
  ET 4/22/12 = 2 transfered (day 3), remaining 3 weren't good enough to freeze
  Beta 5/3 = BFP, 87 Beta #2 5/7 560.9 Beta #3 5/9 1376.5 First u/s One Baby, 125bpm!
  Second u/s, 176bmp! Kicked over to the OB by the RE at 8w. Team Green!! 

  Baby girl J arrived two weeks early! Born into water, med-free. Hooray for Team Pink!

  We won't start until October with BLW, but just finished the book and I thought it was very helpful with specifics (size/shape of foods, pictures, benefits, etc). I also got it from the Library. It's also been interesting to YouTube videos to see BLW in action! So cute (and messy!).

  dx: MFI 0% morph & low count. Occasional Anovulatory cycles.
