Little guy is almost 6 months...we've been doing purees and he loves them. He's quite an eater and a good size - probably 19 lbs?
I started back to work this week and am pumping twice at work - daycare is giving him bottles and one "meal" in the afternoon, but according to DCP he seems starving - he's nursing a lot in the evening too and 2-3 times overnight (instead of his usual 1).
I don't know if I should give him more solids? He's eating more than I'm pumping so I'm hesitant to just say to give him more milk.
How many ounces a day is your 6 month old eating?

Re: How much solids at (almost) 6 months?
Wake up 6am breastfeed. Then nap at 730. I go to work. Nanny gives rice cereal mixed w breastmilk or formula at 9am. Followed by 4oz breastmilk bottle at 920am. Then nap. Lunch 1/2 jar to whole jar fruit or veggie purée at 1130 followed by 4oz bottle bm at 1145. Play then nap. 4oz bottle bm at 230. Play then nap. 4oz bottle bm at 5pm. I get home at 530 and sometimes he is already hungry again so I bf him then or he takes a cat nap and wakes at 6pm and I bf then. At 730 or 8 I bf him one last time before he goes to bed at 8. He wakes between 2-4am and I bf him. Then wakes at 6am to start day again.
