I work full time for a company that makes braces and retainers and stuff like that. Most of my time in the office is spent talking to dentists on how to treat their patients and backing up my co-workers, who refuse to come to work.
Best part? I travel. I'm OOT for work at least once a month. It's awesome because I get to meet our customers face to face and get the eff out of the office.
Oh, and I decorate cakes on the side.
Oh, and my degree is in Early Childhood Education... Yeah, I'm one of those people who went to college and don't use their degree...
I hear ya! I have a Master's in costume design...and now I work in real estate
I'm a SAHM to a kiddo with autism. The last part means I'm also a part-time occupational therapist, speech pathologist, developmental specialist, advocate, compulsive Googler--
I am a photographer. It works out great because I get to stay home during the day with my LO and work on weekends or weekday mornings/evenings. And I've been able to keep it up after moving.
I am a nurse and only work on the weekends, so I get to feel like a SAHM mon - fri and then I get to save lives on the weekends, best part about it is that my company considers it full time so I get full benefits and retirement! Truely the best of both worlds!
clinical social worker- counseling to patients/families living with chronic illness or life limiting illness
My new professional passion is incorporating complimentary therapies into practice. I'm hoping to move more into this type of wellness care eventually...
I am a digital marketing consultant to a big CPG manufacturer in the Baby Care industry. I am also an adjunct professor of marketing when there are opportunities at my alma mater.
I'm an occupational therapist, though I'm between jobs now as we move. Until last week I worked in a rehab centre that worked with people who had been in car accidents or had work-related injuries. It was interesting, but I'm hoping when we move to get work in pediatrics or with people who have mental health issues.
Also I'm terrified of having to find work while KU.

I'm an RN on a busy surgical step down unit (heart/lung). First time pregnant, I'm interested to see how 12 hour shifts will be as pregnancy progresses!
Revenue Manager for a hotel/condo management firm. Also working part-time on my MS in Hospitality Management.
I have to say, it's sort of a relief to see so many working ladies on here that already have a kid (or kids). I have no intention of leaving my job, but sometimes I feel like all I hear is that it's impossible to do both.

It is tough sometimes (like today I'm working on her 2nd birthday) but I knew from my maternity leave that being a SAHM just wasn't for me. Not that I couldn't take care of my daughter, but being at home all day made me lazy and feel sort of worthless. Keeping my career was the right move for both me and my daughter as I'm a much better parent to her because of it. Of course, there are plenty of other people that feel better being a SAHM so you'll figure it out when you get there.
I am absolutely desperate to find a job where I can work at home though. Our *plan* was to not have our third until I was able to stay home with baby... the plan didn't work
I am an RN also!! There are so many of us. I work in a busy Level 3 NICU and before that I was in NICU 2. I love what I do and would not trade it for anything!!! I Love taking care of my tiny humans.

Another RN here! I'm starting my new job in two weeks actually! I was just hired in a Cardiothoracic ICU. I work three 12 hour night shifts a week. They're kind of brutal, but I'm used to nights.
