Anyone Else Have Taste Issues?

I really don't remember having this issue with my other 2 kids (ages 12 and 10) but, almost everything I eat taste bad.  Except for sweet things or bland things like potatoes and breads, everything else tastes odd or like dirt.  Makes cooking for the family hard because I can't taste as I cook! LOL  Does anyone else have this weird problem?

    my tastes are definitely different this time. My favorite sweet tea from my favorite fast food place always tastes sour to me now. I swore they'd changed their recipe but DH says it tastes exactly like normal to him. Certain ketchups and other like things have the same weird sour-rotten tastes.
    I have a hard time cooking ground beef. The smell really gets me, but I'm always craving red meat. So DH has been grilling a lot outside :)

    I was addicted to Trader Joes Edemame hummus.  I mean I could eat it by the truckload.  When I was pregnant with my daughter my husband made a special trip and stopped on the way home from work and picked up 2 containers for me to enjoy (we don't have a Trader Joes very close to where we live)  Well I took my pretzels and dunked um in as usual and it tasted AWEFUL!!!!!!  I was so bummed I had my husband try it and he stated it tasted just as it always had.  I haven't been able to eat it since and my daughter is now 18 months old.  It is crazy how your tastes change when pregnant.

    My favorite pizza is Greek pizza. My DH started making one for me in first tri and I suddenly couldn't even stand the smell of it. Although it seemed to be the worst in first tri there are still certain things that smell or taste bad to me which I usually like.
    Me:41, DH:41 Positive for MTHFR mutations- one copy C677T, one copy A1298C. One daughter born on Thanksgiving in 2013. Six losses.

    Ham tastes TERRIBLE to me ever since 1st Tri. Hoping it is only temporary!

    yes, but this was always the case during 1st tri, something will sound so good but taste ?ughh.  I just eat through it as nausea for me is always worse with an empty stomach

    Yup, same here - and when its at its worst I have a hard time with water.  WATER!?!?!  I've also found that sugar seems to make it worse.  And now that I get heartburn, there is that too. 

    I'll be honest, just over half way through and I'm seriously over being pregnant.  Jan can't get here fast enough for me.

    Yep, everything I that I loved now taste bland. And having to eat every 2 to 3 hours so I don't get sick sucks, nothing taste good. I want my taste buds back.
