I drive a single cab Chevy truck. I adore my truck. But, it has air bags and no switch for them. Alice sits in the middle by me. Car seat installed by firemen, straps adjusted, all that jazz. Even so, I have been really conflicted about Alice's safety in the truck. After running the math on various options, the most financially responsible one is me and Husband trading vehicles. He has a VW CC. Its very low to the ground and sporty. I am too tall and too fat for this stupid car. LOL But the safety ratings are great and I know it is better for The Girl to be in the car instead. First world problems indeed! Blaaaahhhhh

    I will definitely be using my truck when its just me. It will actually be nice to not have a car seat blocking my stereo/air conditioner controls. :)

    And Husband's car does have some oopmf to it. Push the pedal and that sucker can GO.
