i put on SVU while i work in my studio, but i'm only a few episodes away from finishing the series (yes... 14 seasons... i spend a LOT of time in my studio

)
what series should i start next? it has to be something that can be accessed via hulu plus OR amazon prime.... i don't have netflix.
i wouldn't want to start some new drama that i'd really want to pay attention to... i need something a little fluffy that is based more on what you hear than what you see, as i usually have my nose buried in my projects. HIMYM would be perfect, but i don't think it's available on anything but netflix

suggest away!
Re: i have a big problem...
I'm not sure really. I have a hard time just listening to TV/movies. I need to watch the nonverbals.
Magic City
Mad Men
Breaking Bad
Not sure if it meets the criteria but I'd bet you would get into any if them!

The Newsroom is definitely NOT a comedy. Amazing and Classic Aaron Sorkin...but not a comedy. And you definitely have to pay attention -- the dialog is plentiful and fast and all about serious current and political events from the last 3 years or so. I'd recommend it for sure (unless you're a staunch conservative...it definitely has a liberal bias)...but not as a background noise type show.
Have you ever seen Happy Endings @spasticfantastic ? It has a Friends vibe to it and tons of hysterical one liners. Definitely a fun, fluff show.

Understandable
Then go watch HIMYM, Bones and OITNB.

I would suggest the tenth kingdom, old but good.
