So uncomfortable

It seems like its way too early for this to set in already...

My back hurts and I can't get comfortable. I feel large and in charge. :(. Any tips or tricks? Heat or ice?

I'm currently in a couch of pillows shoving then all over trying to get comfortable. Nothing seems to work today.

I like ice but that's just me or a nice bath ( per doc)

When I got bigger with DS I bought one of those TV cushion things (I hope you know what I mean) to help support my back when sitting on the couch. I had tried a pillow for a while but it just wasn't enough support and the cushion was firmer. Maybe something like that could help you now. I've actually been thinking about breaking mine out.

Are you moving at all? Those pregnancy exercises/stretches are actually very helpful. With my twins and DS at this time my hips felt like they were being pulled like a wishbone. This time when I get sore I youtube pregnancy stretches and I feel better after.

*Disclaimer* if you are on bedrest or pelvic rest. Don't listen to what I just types.

I'm laying on the sofa with cushions behind me so I'm all propped up and the cat snuggled up between my knees....he doesn't care if I'm uncomfortable as long as he can continuing snoozing

I'm here lurking from the March board. I am going through the exact same thing. I'm a month behind you and have been fight terrible back pain. I simply could not sleep. I went ahead, bite the bullet and ordered a U shaped pregnancy pillow off amazon and it saved my life. The last couple nights have been the best sleep ever! Back is still sore, but nothing near the discomofort I was having trying to get comfortable. Hope this helps!
