I really don't have any feelings about it.
I'm not feeling anything really about it, just ready for it to be over. Mostly just happy that there is a light at the end of this uncomfortable tunnel.
39 weeks exactly
"Fingertip" and soft
I'm feeling like I wish I didn't know. The first time I was fingertip I got too excited and the second time I was frustrated I hadn't made progress. Exactly how I thought I would react and exactly why I wanted to decline in the first place. It doesn't really mean anything.
How many weeks are you? 36 weeks/6 days
Cervix status at last check? Last check was 36 weeks and I was "a good 1cm" dilated, baby is low, and I am thinning out. I will be checked again tomorrow when I am 37 weeks. I was also checked at 35 weeks and I was closed shut, baby was high and no thinning. It hurt much worse to be checked when she was still high.
Ho are you feeling about it? Dr says this is good, because it means that my body has started the process on its own. If I have to be induced (which they will do at 39 weeks unless I go before then) he says it will go much smoother than if my body had not started the process.
2cm dilated, 50% effaced, soft
I'm getting excited!! After reading everyone saying it doesn't mean anything, makes me a little sad and disappointed... but I'm still happy Baby is getting ready to come into the world!
I'm 37 weeks tomorrow.
I had my first check last when when I was 35w+4d and I was 1 cm and 50% effaced.
Don't have any feelings about it since I know it really doesn't mean much. Although I am curious to see if there has been any progress when I get checked again at 38w. I feel like there has to be with all the pressure/BH I have been having.

As of Friday I was still closed. I'm having a RSC, though, so it doesn't mean all that much.

Cervix status at last check? 2-3 cm dilated, 40%
How are you feeling about it? Glad things are progressing, I'll be happy to hit 37 weeks (and have my husband home) this weekend.
Cervix status at last check? Monday I was 1 cm 60% effaced. I've been having lots of cramps since so let's hope I've dilated a bit more since then.
How are you feeling about it? Fantastic. It's nice to know things are progressing.
2cm and she offered to "stretch" while she was in there and I said go for it. Been cramping and having random contractions ever since, so hopefully this gets the show on the road!
Kind of bummed that I'm only at a 2, but also kind of excited that SOMETHING has/is happening. I know, I could have been at 2 for months and I could stay here for days, but I'm trying to think positively about it meaning progress.

Cervix status at last check? My first check was yesterday. Dr. said cervix was soft and I was close to 3 cm dilated.
How are you feeling about it? I was really excited to hear I was 3 cm dilated, until doctor followed that info up with it really not meaning anything. But I haven't been feeling any cramping or pains yet so I'm glad it's reached 3 cm without any of that...
I'm happy I'm making progress. With my son I was high and closed until I went into labor.
His BUTT "is very low". Scheduled csection on Sept 8:)
37 weeks 1 day
No Cervical checks for me for a while (they were checking on the u/s for a while but they stopped a month or so ago)
Will be having a RCS tomorrow so I am not really bothered, as I have had no contractions/BH this PG I imagine it hasn't started to do anything, same as last time when DS1 was born at 36 weeks 2 days.
Diagnosed with Anti little c antibodies. DS1 7.11.11 - Anaemia and Jaundice. 10 days in the NICU, 1 exchange transfusion and 4 blood transfusions. DS2 29.8.13 - Anaemia 7 days in the NICU and 1 exchange transfusion. Both are now happy and healthy.Wait...I'm almost 36 weeks? WHAT?? :-)
Cervix status at last check? My mw doesn't do checks until 40 weeks unless medically indicated or if requested beginning 37 weeks.
How are you feeling about it? I'm comfortable with the policy and (assuming things continue as planned) I don't plan to do any checks. Seems like a good policy to me, since they only tell you where you are at, but not anything about the future.
I am feeling good about it hoping to meet our little girl soon.
