Prayers please... 2nd Updated!

I could really use your prayers right now. I just started bleeding a gush of bright red blood. I spoke with the midwife on call at my OB's office, but there is really nothing they can do tonight and, of course, they can't diagnose anything over the phone.

Update: The bleeding has almost entirely stopped! I do have a little bit of brown when I wipe, but not even that every time. My OB office opened 30 minutes ago and I'm waiting for a call back from either the nurse or on call doctor. I'm hoping they can get me in quickly this morning so I can get some reassurance that everything is still OK with my little bean.

Thank you all for the thoughts, prayers and good vibes. I really think it is helping.

Update #2: I went in for my appointment and the very nice midwife did a brief pelvic exam and then straight on to an US. Everything looks great and...it's TWINS! Baby A is measuring 6 weeks 2 days with a heartbeat of 126. Baby B is measuring 6 weeks 1 day with a heartbeat of 131. Both are looking very healthy. They did not find the source of my bleeding, but my cervix is still closed and the babies are healthy and growing.

Prayers have been sent up. When I started bleeding with DD1 they told me to drink plenty of water and lay on my left side.

I hope everything is ok. My mom said when she was pregnant with my sister she had a huge gush of red blood, and was standing in a puddle, and everything turned out ok.
