I have had a really difficult time using Target for my baby gift registry. Their website simply does not work at times, their customer service is not very helpful, many items are not available either in the store or online. I didn't experience any of these problems with my wedding registry, for example. I don't have any experience with other options for a baby registry but if I had it to do over again, I would not go with Target.

I loved registering with Amazon and only threw in Target so people will have a brick-and-mortar option for shopping. Target reaches the most people for me, as not everyone has a BBB or BRU near them.
But, yes, it sucks and should be better
Target sucks all the way around.
My amazon.com registry rocked.
I also registered at BRU which was...okay. I did it all online. I hate the stores. I would have preferred BBB but the prices are higher so it just didn't make sense.
Damnit, I could really use a BBB near me!
I know it's a comprehension fail on the part of my friends/family, but that that many folks got it wrong tells me the set up is off.
ETA Clarifying, Target.
