Question for moms of multiples

I am wondering if those moms having twins had any unique symtoms that made you think there was more then one baby in there? Twins run in my family. 2/3 of my first cousins on my dads side has had them. This is my first pregnany so I don't know what my normal symtoms are but my boobs have increased three full cup sizes in 3 weeks and I'm starting to show at 6 weeks. I have really bad acid reflux and I'm starving all the time. I don't want to gain a ton of weight so I'm trying to eat healthy but if there is a chance of twins I want to make sure I'm eating enough. I don't go to the doctor for another 5 weeks so any information would be appreciated! Thank you so much and happy Tuesday!

    There were no signs for me before I found out at my 7 week dating ultrasound. My dr has not told me to do anything different with having twins.
    Mom to 10 year old DS and 7 year old DD. Twin girls coming soon!

    I was pregnant with twins before hopefully not now and had zero signs it was any different than a singleton at my first US.

    I had no clue that there was more than one little gummy bear in there before the u/s tech told DH and I. The only thing my doc said to do differently was to take an additional 1 milligram of folic acid
