Bleh, I have pregnancy gingivitis.

My mom is my dental hygenist. And she's OBSESSIVE about scraping away every last bit of build up (not a bad thing). So I'm used to long and not so pleasant cleanings. But today was just AWFUL. Pregnancy has my gums SO swollen. She had to use this disgusting banana flavored numbing stuff to take the edge off (which kept making me gag). And her gloves were all covered in blood...she looked more like a surgeon.

And to top it all off, she couldn't even finish! I have to rinse with warm salt water and brush and floss like a maniac for a week and then go back for more. Oh joy.Crying
