  Mine is a separate dropper. So I wash it.

  I keep it attached. I rinse it when I do dishes about once a day. Truthfully, I don't give near the right dosage. I give less or half of the recommended dosage. Its just as effective. Its hit or miss with them for DS.

  Do you find these effective? LO has stopped burping as much and is spitting up quite a bit. Thinking maybe I should try them.

  Oh man, clean it!!!!! I had to throw out 2 bottles (we had one in his bedroom and one in ours) when we got the dreaded thrush. He doesn't do binkys so it was probably the gas drop dropper that contributed to it spreading

  I put the drops in his bottle so it never goes in his mouth. No need to wash then!
