She was asking us how we sexually bribe our husbands into buying us stuff, then admitted that she did not know how to drive manual transmission and did not have her debit card or something of that nature. Wow someone posted this in my birth month and as a third party I want to say you are all ridiculous! You are getting on this girls ass for a comment she made to her husband in private, chill! There are no gay people to offend on here, and even so what gives anyone the right to degrade other women. You guys are so worried about gays that you forget how often people make horrible jokes about women! About how horribly some women are treated! Why don't you get upset over that! You all sit and talk about how she isn't grown up for making a joke to her hubby, but obviously none of you are grown up either, you have made disgusting comments to each other and stooped low enough to call each other names! Like seriously if you have never made a racist, sexist, homophobic, etc. etc. etc. comment then you can be the one to call her out, but I honestly believe none of you can claim innocence, I come from a family where my grandmother was Hispanic, no one white would even speak to her, they would only speak to her through my white male grandfather. Guess what, I've still made a joke about whites, still made a joke about Hispanics. If you all have gay friends like me I'm sure you made a joke to them, I tell my friend he is flaming all the time, and he picks the best shoes! Do you know, assuming things about gays are stereotypes, for instance not all gays are well-dressed! Not all gays, act feminine. Not all gay men our sexier then straight men! So many stereotypes, I'm sorry, but if you are like me and support the gay community, that doesn't mean that you don't generalize things about them! Oh, yes because we don't encourage our kids to be gay, means we are homophobes? I know many lesbian couples that didn't push their daughters into being lesbian does that make them homophobic as well? I also, know a gay men couple that adopted a little boy and he grew up to be a very responsible straight man, does that make them homophobic two?

The truth is gay exist and and should be treated exactly the same as anyone else, regardless of race, gender, or sex. Do I actually see that happening anytime soon in the world, no but that doesn't mean that it is ever okay to make a comment belittling someone for anything that they do not have in common with you.

I personally say things in the privacy of my husband all the time that could be considered inappropriate. But I don't ever repeat them in PUBLIC why because I don't want anyone to take what I said out of context and assume I am something even though I am not. By telling the world her homophobic joke, she told the world SHE was homophobic.
