Warning: annoying name post ahead

We are down to 3 boy names and are at a standstill. Here are the options (all middle names are family names): 

Lincoln Bernard (pronounced Ber-nerd after my grandfather)

 Emmett John 

 Weston Matthew 


 DS1 is Nolan. I prefer Weston, Emmett, then Lincoln. DH's order is the opposite (Lincoln, Emmett, Weston). I am open to any and all honest feedback.

    I like Weston, but I'm biased. It's close to my maiden name, and my cousin married a Weston.

    I say since Emmett is both of your middle runners, that's probably you're best compromise.  And I really like that name!  I'm really not a big fan of Lincoln as a first name.  But Emmett and Weston are both good names, IMO!

    I like Lincoln best, but Emmett best with Nolan (which is one of my favorites!).

    I like Weston the best for the first name but like Bernard for the mn since it is meaningful to you.

    I'm biased to Emmett that is my ds name :-) I like Mathew as a middle name though.

    Those are all good names. My favorite is Emmett John but for no good reason. The other two are a tie.

    Thanks for your feedback. I have been more worried about Lincoln being too matchy with Nolan. 

     Anyone else get the Lincoln/Nolan matchiness vibe?

    I normally would vote Weston since that is my brother's name and he is one cool guy but in this case I think I like Emmett best paired with Nolan and I like that it is kind of a compromise since it is second on both of your lists.

    I'm sorry but I'm not really a fan of any of those in the combinations they're in.  Each name on it's own is nice but I'm not a fan on them with the middle names chose (if that makes sense).

    Personally I'd go with Lincoln Matthew :)

    I like Emmett best with Nolan. I got the matchy-matchy vibe from both Lincoln and Weston. I will say that when I think of Emmett, I think of Twilight. But I still like the name.
