    I totally agree that's my husband too. I'm a crazy control freak planner. He definitely counters that. It's so foreign to me lol

    Because he always gets up with our daughter when she wakes up at 5:30 and let's me sleep until he leaves for work.

    Because he hasn't complained once about doing the litter or the smelly garbage.
    Because he kisses my belly and asks how we are doing.
    Because he's more nervous than I am for our first ultrasound (we had an ectopic in June at 7w5d).

    Because he goes downstairs and gets me an oatmeal cream pie cookie after we're already in bed and I get hungry, no questions asked and no complaints.

    he always takes care of the kids in the middle of the night.  Even with newborns, he goes to get the baby and brings them to me for nursing.  :)

    Because when he found out we were having a baby he jumped off the sofa and grabbed me in a big bear hug. Because he painted me a chalk board that I can use first for our weekly pics and then for baby.
    Because he grills me chicken breast for my lunch everyday bc that's all i want to eat.

    because he puts up with all of my crazy :)  and he was very supportive when I was frustrated and in tears over how long it was taking us to get a BFP.

    because he's working on a list of baby names & when I told him we have quite a while before finding out the sex, he said "I want to be prepared so I can talk to him/her and call them by name." 

    because he is dilligently working at getting our new house ready and picking up all my slack without complaint.

    In all seriousness though, he loves ME! He loves me for who I am and has never tried to change me. He's an amazing daddy! He never gets frustrated with DS. He got up in the middle of the night with a newborn just as much as me even though I nursed and there was no reason for him to be up. He got up because he knew I needed the support and company.

    Because when he found out we had another baby on the way he fought back the tears of joy.

    He puts his head on my belly and says he thinks he hears it growing... He kisses my belly every morning and every night. He is being so optimistic and supportive and is so excited about LO. I know he's going to be the most amazing dad, already the most amazing DH!

    He's been obsessed with working out lately and he's getting super buff

    & he surprised me with mid-morning sex today when we have a lot of things to do!

    Because he is so sweet and sensitive. Because he is scared to be a daddy so its hard for him to be excited. But that just means he recognizes the enormous responsibilty and he will be a great dad! And he makes me laugh everyday with his goofiness. And he brought me Chinese food for lunch at work today :)

    He told me how beautiful I look this morning while I was feeling pretty rushed and frazzled due to being on-call last night, waking up every couple hours to either pee or take a work call, waking up late and not having time to shower, and cramming myself into too-snug work pants because all the ones that fit are in the laundry.

    Also, he cooked me dinner last night and it was delicious!

    And I think it is adorable and hilarious that he nicknamed the baby Mortimer Snerd.

    Because he runs my belly when I say that I have cramps, he gives me impromptu scalp massages, and because when I ask what he wants to do for dinner he says "whatever you want baby." And most importantly because he has a good heart and will be an awesome dad- something that I can tell by the way that he treats our nieces.

    Because when he walks in the room and sees me crying he just gives me a big hug while I explain that I am crying reading the posts of why women on this board love their husbands.... 

    Because he is so incredibly smart, talented, and resourceful. I know he will always be able to care for me and our family.

    Because we really enjoy our life together and are so ready for this little babe to join the fun.

    I love my husband because he is an amazing father to our little boy and incredibly supportive of me, especially during this pregnancy. He has been so good with dealing with all of my emotions, reassuring me, and helping out/giving me a break/making me whatever sounds good when I'm feeling sick.

    Hang on, let me try to type this through the tears welling in my eyes...

    Seriously, ladies, how lucky are we all?!?!?!?

    I love my husband for so many reasons, I have no idea what makes me love him - I just do. It's innate. Lately, he's been spoiling me, and doing everything around the house, even after he has worked all day. And, today, he called me an hour after I had gotten to work just because he wanted to tell me that he loves me. I cherish him, and I consider myself blessed that such an amazing and beautiful man chose me, and still chooses me every day.

    He sincerely loves and cares about DD and me and wants us to be safe and happy. I didn't get that from my dad or any other man in my life so I never knew how wonderful that felt. I'm so happy that I picked him to be the father of my children

    I love my hubby because he truly understands what "equal roles" in parenting are.  He supports me, I support him, and we both support our son.  

    I also love him because he can still make me giggle like a fool.

    ... because his response to me quitting my day job was, "You supported us while I finished school, now it's my turn while you start your business." And because he took DS ALL DAY today so I could get ready for my art show tomorrow (and secretly be on The Bump while I waited for paint layers to dry), and feel sick/m/s/miserable by myself (which I prefer).
