Baby foot rescue mission!

GAH! Baby just got a foot stuck by my rib! I felt baby take a good, long stretch and then this super weird tugging sensation by my lowest right rib. It freaked me out and I immediately put my hand there to try to feel what was up. I felt a little foot like trying to tug free of something. So, I put a little pressure on it and felt baby yank it back. Weirdest feeling EVER! It never ceases to amaze me how bizarre and alien this whole pregnancy thing is! Anyone else feeling super weird movements or is it just my little monkey who manages to get caught on my ribs?

    I think she was kicking me in the stomach yesterday. All of a sudden I felt sharp stomach cramping, enough to make me cry. Then I felt her kicking all around that area. I have a long torso so she doesn't make it up to my ribs very often.

    Yeah, I'm short and stout so when baby stretches full out, I feel hands and head by my hips and feet kicking my ribs. Seriously, I have no idea how baby is going to fit in the next 2 months. There is already no room at the inn! Baby better enjoy stretching now while there's space.

    I always get feet in my ribs on the right side...I always think how strange it is for her to be upside down ALL of the time...is that weird? lol

    MEEEE TOOO!!  I have feet in my ribs constantly -- to the point where the muscles around that area feel bruised!  It's so uncomfortable

    I think it's crazy that they spend so many weeks upside down! I wouldn't want to be upside down for 8 weeks or longer!

    Little man has bruised the soft spot where my ribs meet under my breasts so I know what you mean. That seems to be his favorite spot now. I wish he would pick another spot.

    I agree. Isn't it around this time that the inner ear has developed and baby can tell which end is up? Must be super weird!

    I'm also short, and LO is liking to play the "Starfish Game" on multiple occasions a day!  DH tells me he is sleeping just like me, so it's only right!  But I'm starting to get some little bruises from all of the really hard jabs and kicks!
