Very late intro

Hi, my name is Sarah. I've been lurking since September of last year and just now decided to come out of the darkness of lurking. My son Calvin was born May 25 after 24hr of labor, pushing for 3 of those hours. He came into this world sunny side up and a week and a half late. He had bowel movements during labor and had ingested some of it, so he was not stimulated to breathe until they got that out of his air way. He is now a (mostly) happy, healthy 11 1/2 week old. I hope you will welcome me warmly as you have others, I may not contribute much but am seeing where I may want to contribute more as our babies get older.

You can also upload your picture to tinypic.com and then click the picture box on your html toolbar above and paste the url code in. Just be sure to delete the [img/] codes and only leave the actual url.
