2. Sherrie

-Is Sherrie a standalone to you or a NN?

-If NN, what formal name would you use (other than Cheryl...)

My mother's formal name is Sherry, so to me it works as a stand-alone. I prefer Sherry over Roxanne, but I do like Roxie.

I don't like Sherry. I think of alcohol.

I like both names, in a throwback kind of way. I think Sheri is fine as a stand-alone name, though I am not crazy about the spelling Sherrie. I like Sheri and Sherry.

Sheri or Sherry as standalone is fine. I could see Sharona, but I am not a fan of Sharon. Just saw Roxanna. I like that one the most!
