I'll go first

I went out with some Girlfriends to get over my douchey ex for $2 Martini Night and ended up at his fraternity house which was consequently right next door to our sorority house ( how we never met I still don't know). After I impressively rolled out of the sober sister car because I was loaded, I proceeded to trip up the sidewalk in front of their house and land face first in his lap, and then ask him for a light, not even embarrassed. We spent the rest of the night talking and have been together ever since (11 years Later).

Still trying to figure out the family friendly version for our kids when they ask some day Lol

We met at work. He was new and I had seen him around and then suddenly he disappeared. I asked my coworker where my boyfriend went. He told he went on a vacation that he had already planned. So when he got back my coworker told him what I said and introduced us at a happy hour. We've now been together over 5 years. Married almost 2.

This went on for 4 years until one day we were all suppose to meet up at a bar and only 3 of us showed up. 8 months of drunken flirting and we went on our first date.

We met on MySpace. He loved in Oregon, I was in Florida. 3,000 mile long distance relationship for 2 years, then he moved to Florida. Online, long distance relationships can work.

Through his cousin. She and I had been friends for years but I had never met any of her family. She told me about her cousin who was engaged, but they had just called it off a few months before the wedding....a couple months later she told me he saw my picture and thought I was cute.

I expressed interest but was spooked because he had just called off his wedding, but when he contacted me and we hit it off, I agreed to a date. Our second date was his would-be wedding night and after three months of dating I went with him on what would have been his honeymoon (it was just Vegas and he didn't want to lose out on the pre-paid trip). I'm sure most people thought I was just a rebound, but here we are six years later and married for almost 3. Though I have to wonder if people who aren't real close and know the whole story wonder if I broke up their engagement, lol.

He moved in across the street when I was still living at my moms. We officially met when i came home from college to do my internship the semester before I was graduating.

I had just moved into an apartment complex where my SO would hang out at since his cousin lived there. I was 16 and he was 18. He stopped me randomly when I walked past him he asked me how my night was going and I said good you? I thought he was the cutest guy I'd ever seen. The next day when my brother took the trash out him and his friends asked for me so I went outside. Then two weeks later I went to a party at his cousins house and beat him at beer pong. We started flirting and two weeks later we were dating. We've been together for 3 years now.

We went to the same university and during "welcome week" he saw me at a campus BBQ and thought I was cute. His friend recognized me from a "Xanga" group associated with our school and gave him my info, so he sent me a message on AIM. We proceeded to talk online every day while living on opposite ends of campus and finally in the spring he invited me to a party. We were both super shy but alcohol helped lower inhibitions and actually talk to each other, kind of sad but like I said we were both painfully shy - especially me. After a long ordeal of excessive shyness, an awkward first date, and continued talking online we finally started dating for real winter of our sophomore year. He was very persistent and I'm glad

I met him when I started going to a summer campus ministry, while finishing my undergrad. The funny thing is that he was already out of college, but just had friends that attended the services, so he attended as well.

We would always go to dinner after service with friends, so that is how I got to know him. Then he started dating a friend of mine; for only a month. A week after they broke it off he asked me to go dinner with him and we've been together ever since. Needless to say my friend has not spoken to us since, but hey he chose me!

We met at college. We ended up in the same group of friends the first year and hung out a lot. Nothing happened that first year, but at the beginning of our second year, we started hanging out more and both trying to manipulate situations so we would be in the same car when we went somewhere or sitting next to each other at events. Everyone knew we were interested in each other, so when he finally said to a mutual friend that he was considering asking me out, she said, "Well duh! You should just do it already!"

At a bar. We had mutual friends and he told me the first day he was gonna marry me someday and I thought he was just drunk. He asked me out for 3 years before i said yes. I was only 21 when we first met and not into relationships and he had an off again on again gf and I don't do drama. So once she was out of the picture he asked again and I said I thought he should be single for a while. Then constantly bumped into him out with other girls and got jealous. So I invited him out with some friends and the rest is history.

I went and ended up bartending with my husband. 5 months later we were engaged and 6 months after that we were married.

My mom!! Haha funny story , DH is a project manager for a home builder my mom works for a concrete company , well he was always in and out of her office scheduling and paying bills for his work and was also best friends with the owner of the company . One day he came in and my mom showed him a pic of me she called and asked if it was ok to give him my number , I said sure ( I had just got out of a horrible relationship with a cheating bf ! ). So he called that night , a week later we had our first date ! Then we married Sept 9 2011 and now expecting our first LO:) 5 years later and happily ever after !!! best decision to go on that blind date with the best man God could of placed in my life !!

It wasn't until we where 14 and was working at McDonald's together did we switch AIM screen names and started chatting. When he was 15 and I was still 14 he road his bike to my house, 9 miles to ask me out... we went to our first date to the first X-man movie. We are very geeky... I love this man!!

I was co-chair for the Relay For Life at my college. He was the drummer in the band we had playing that night. For him, it was love at first sight.

He was putting his drum set together, and he said when he saw me, God told him I would be his wife someday. We talked online for a couple of months. We started dating in January, engaged in May, and married in August. That was six years ago, and he is my very best friend!!!

MH and I have known about each other since 1st grade. My grandma and his grandmother were best friends and his grandmother LOVED me. She even bought me my first training bra and underwear set lol. They had been nagging at us to officially meet since we hung out in different crowds. We agreed just to get them to shut up and our sophomore year in high school we started dating. We have been together for 13 years and married for 7 and im not even sure God knows why we still love each other lol.
