About 70% of weight loss is, unfortunately, nutrition so eating clean will get you the furthest. Weight lifting is amazing for your metabolism and how toned you look. Not that cardio doesn't have it's place, just don't do only that! I usually write my own work out programs, I'm a personal trainer, but I do really like Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer. You can find it on Bodybuilding.com. Remember the number on the scale is not as important as we sometimes think it is, take measurements and record them to see your progress instead of relying just on a weight measurement. Good luck!
