Ugh DH

DH has been working long hours, so he leaves just as DS first wakes up and gets home 2 hours before bedtime. In the morning he generally just says goodbye, and then at night will play with him a little while I finish dinner. Then I feed him while we eat, bathe him, and clean up from dinner. I ask DH to watch DS while I clean up and then I do night time routine. Tonight DH acted like he couldn't be bothered... I come down and DS is sitting there with the cat's tail in his mouth and the cat is about to scratch him. I move them apart and go into the kitchen... I hear a loud bang and DS starts screaming. DH was playing stupid candy crush instead of watching him and he hit his head on the metal chair! I get him calmed down, tell DH to actually watch him and go to finish - not a minute goes by and DS starts screaming again. I run out and this time he fell and hit his head on the table while DH was on his iPad again! I'm so frustrated and just did bedtime after that, but I get soooo annoyed that he can't watch him for 5 minutes! I work all day too so I'm just exhausted! Thanks for listening :)

    I would have a serious discussion with DH. My DH plays Candy Crush too. I don't think that they understand that we would like to sit down and breathe sometimes too. They see it as they worked all day and want to relax. Life changes with a LO. But bring it up to DH, maybe he doesn't understand.
