  I just went to my RE appointment for our upcoming FET, which will probably be in October / November.  Here is what I remember about the process, but all of my information is at home, so this is off the top of my head.

  For pre-FET testing, I need to have bloodwork done, a saline sonogram and a trial transfer.

  On day 21 of the cycle prior to the month of our FET, I will have b/w to make sure I ovulated and then start Lupron.  So if we go for October, for example, I will start Lupron on day 21 of my September AF. 

  Then I will have a "Lupron period", which is what the nurse kept calling it.  On day 2, I go for a baseline u/s and b/w and then start estrogen patches, to build up my lining.  Continue with Lupron.

  Bloodwork every 2 to 3 days.  About 8-10 days after starting estrogen, I will go in for an u/s to check lining.  And from there, start the progesterone and schedule transfer. 

  So from start to pregnancy test, it looks to be about 6 weeks.

  Anyone, please correct me if I'm wrong.  Like I said, I'm going off the top of my head.

  FET #1 - October '13 - c/p   l   FET #2 - December '13 - cancelled    l   FET #2.2 - 1.30.14 - BFN

  ~ More testing - hysteroscopy, endometrial biopsy & more b/w - all normal / negative~

  Surprise BFP while waiting on FET #3 ~ beta #1 500; beta #2 1600; first u/s 4/3 - measuring 5w5d, no hb yet!; 2nd u/s 4/10 - hb 132, measuring 6w6d - EDD 11.29.14     **TEAM GREEN!**

  Beautiful baby girl born 11.24.14

  My RE only required STD testing and the saline sonogram. Then I started BCPs. After i had my period following my BCP cycle, had a day 3 ultrasound and a day 15 ultrasound to check my ovaries and my lining. For meds, I just took estradiol and PIO. It was a fairly easy process compared to a fresh cycle. I had one frozen 5 day blast which the thawed the morning of transfer.
  
  Good luck! I think I didn't do Lupron bc I'm DOR and I have less to suppress.

  First attempt - BCP, Lupron, Estradiol taken orally, cancelled before transfer
  
  Second attempt - Estradiol only, cancelled before transfer
  
  Third attempt - natural FET with no medication until PIO right before transfer until 10.5 wks pregnant, transferred two day three embies and both stuck

  Unexplained Infertility

  I had a saline soon and the Pre-testing stuff (stds,etc). Then started bcps, started lupron day 21, had my period, went for bw and u/s on day 3 a d started estradiol shots twice a week. I went back for a second bw and us about 10 dys later to check my lining and then startedPIO 5 days and then had the transfer. It was 7 weeks for one since the one in March my lining didn't thicken as much as I needed it to and te second one was about 6 weeks. GL!
