Has anyone priced these out and weighed the benefits and pricing and such? For example, I can get a big box of Huggies size 3 diapers at Costco for 17¢ a diaper but I can get them on Amazon Mom for 15¢ a diaper... BUT A Costco membership is $50 a year for us while Amazon Mom is $79. Anyone done the math on this? (We just got our complete set of dr bills in the mail, can you tell?)
Re: Amazon Mom vs Costco
That being said I am a big user of amazon mom. I can get size 1 Luvs for 10 cents a diaper and size 4 Luvs for 16. Next month we're moving up to size 2s and 5s, so they will be 12 and 17 cents each, but I also get dog food and other items from them, so I get the 20% discount.
If you like Pampers try Luvs. I have also used Fisher Price diapers on there and they are really nice but run about 20 cents a diaper. Nice thing with the FP is they have extra elastic over the butt, so no blowouts.
When I was getting diapers for DS1 I did Target & Meijer brand diapers for about 17 cents each. I did get gift cards at both stores for buying their brand diapers and formula when they did promos, but honestly Amazon mom has been a better deal.
