I knew this would happen!

So BD just called, he can't get DS tomorrow for his weekend. Said he threw out his back and since he works for a moving company he couldn't work all week and has no $ for gas to meet halfway. DH called it last night out of the blue, asked if we could take DS to see Planes this weekend and I said DS won't be here this weekend. He says "oh you know he'll be home this weekend". Creepy LOL

But the kicker?! BD says "So of course I'm in the process of looking for another job". Really?! I fucxing called it. My lawyer JUST sent in an income withholding for his job, ordered by the court since he hasn't paid in a year, and now he's going to switch jobs. Fucxing jackass, I figured I'd get a couple payments before he quit.

    If I wanted to be nice I'd offer to take him down there and BD can bring him home Sunday. But 1) he'd just call and say he still didn't have gas money and I'd have to go down and get him and 2) I'm tired of being nice when he constantly takes advantage and acts like a jackass in return.

    Out BM used the gas excuse multiple times. DH called her bluff on it once, offering to take SD's to her. She had another excuse. I'm sorry you're dealing with this. it sucks.

    as for the CS, I really don't know anything about that. =(
