T&p for my nephew

My SIL, who lives out of state, called today after my Nephews 4 month appt. The dr noticed his soft spot had closed. She is concerned and referred them to a specialist. I'm worried for them as this is their first baby. Positive thoughts please! I've heard this has happened and the kids are unaffected by it developmentally by it. DH is out of town for work right now and I'm waiting to tell him till he's home on Wednesday as his dad is headed in for surgery this week to remove a tumor on his lung. Hugging my babies a little tighter tonight......thank you

    Thoughts and prayers for your family! BTW, We went through a similar soft spot scare with our LO and it turned out to be a false alarm. Hope that's the case with your nephew!
