For what do you let your cravings take over? It doesn't have to be food related.
My number 1 indulgence is Lays plain ruffle potato chips. They are just sooo good. Salty, greasy, crunchy. What more could you ask for? If I buy a bag they'll be gone the same day.
Also, hot showers. Especially the first shower after a long camping trip. Ugh. Makes my skin tingle just thinking about it
Re: What are your indulgences?
I agree with the chips- they are addictive. I am also a big Nutella fan. I'd be lying if I said I don't eat it with just a spoon from time to time.
Non-food indulgence: pedicures. I couldn't care less about my fingernails, but I love pampering my feet. Especially since 10 months out of the year I wear sandals.

Also I second the long hot shower. I flipped out on dh last night and told him I have to have at least 3 showers by myself a week. Trying to shave my legs with dd sitting in the Bumbo and ds using her and my feet as bumps is not easy!
Pretty much anything chocolate - lately it's been those Little Debbie Swiss Rolls. Also, Diet Pepsi. It's an odd addiction but I love some when I'm really stressed or past my limit. I don't drink alcohol so I gotta have something.
Non-food-related...a good TV show. Better if it's a guilty pleasure, like Chicago Fire or Nashville. I'm watching Breaking Pointe right now and besides the short kid's malfunctions, I really love it.
Otherwise: might sound weird but when I can get away I love taking my favorite book and going to the gym for a long time. Getting lost in a book while getting soaked in sweat makes me feel refreshed and like my old self.
For food, oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. I started buying them when was BFing and just kept buying them...
Ah, a massage. That sounds awfully good right now. Too bad DH doesn't easily agree to giving back rubs, and a professional massage would cost money that I can't really justify spending

Food: something salty
Anything else: sleeping past 7am without interruption. Oh, also sleeping without a bra on! Thank you leaky boobs...
Food: Cadburys caramello bars. Yum Yum Yum!! I can only find them at the grocery store around here and I have tried to become more efficient and making a list and getting everything I need for about two weeks so that I am not constantly tempted to buy more. Of course produce only lasts but so long so I end up buying some at least once a week sometimes I hold off to every two weeks.
Non-food: I agree with a nice long shower. I normally jump in during one of Addies naps during the day but its just not long enough because I have so many other things to accomplish while she is napping.
Red wine is a given for Feb13 moms.
I second the pedicures and baths as well.
I haven't had a bath in ~16 months. We've been living in places with shower stalls only or bathtubs too gross to fill
I had my last pedicure four weeks before DD arrived. Maybe the reason I need chocolate so often is because I am neglecting my non-food indulgences! Food for thought.
I also like getting out. If I can get out and about on my own or with DD for a few hours I feel so much better than just sitting at home. I like to get dressed up - casual but nice - and just go anywhere, window shopping, grab a coffee, library, etc.
