We don't have names yet. Last time it took us a long time to choose names. We had a really hard time agreeing on boys' names,so if we have another boy it is going to be tough to choose a name!
Boys names were so easy! Jonathan Michael or Zachary something?! But girls names have been so hard!! We like Lucy, Elizabeth, Eliza, Charlotte, Danielle, Amelia, evelyn, eleanor and I could go on...the problem is really our last name! Zylinski is so hard to pair with haha and I'm vetoing names like crazy!
My husband really likes Calliope for a girl...I like it, too, but it's a bit out there for me so I'm not sure. Our son's name is Cowen Allan (Cowen is pronounced like Owen with a C). Allan is my dad's name. We would like to honor my mom (Patricia) with this next one's middle name, so probably Patrice if its a girl and Patrick for a boy. We have no good first name options yet. I'm sure we'll think more seriously when we find out the sex. I like Miles now that a PP posted that.

Oh and I actually really like the name Elaina (or Elena). I would call her Lane for short. And Elaine was my grandmother's name so that would be perfect.

Our son is Miles Robert, we can't agree on ANY names this time! I'm absolutely in love with the name Mable and have been kicking it around for months but so far DH is not loving it at all... I. Still holding out hope
I already have a beautiful 2.5 year old boy, Angus Jack, and for this time around it might be James David for a boy or Marnie Elizabeth for a girl - I'm pretty sure it's a girl!
If we have a girl she'll definitely have my mom's name as a middle name, Ida. We need names that work both in Italian and in English so that's an added difficulty.
Sooo many names to choose from! I like a few traditional names for both genders, however I'm a Jennifer and have 3 Michelle bfs so leaning towards something a little different. And my family would accept "different" names coming from me. My #1 wa Ruby Jane, ruby for my gma but 1st niece got that. Really like Nyla but 2nd niece is lyla:) Girls: Elaine, haddie, Margot, Matilda, miller, cooper, Abigail, Allison, Harper, Dylan, I have a list:) Boys: Kane, miles, William, Oliver, sonny, carter, maxwell, .... Tough decision, haven't even begun to discuss it with hubs yet.
For boys, we like Landon, Ian, Owen, John, and Daniel.
For girls we like Katherine "Kate," Annabelle, Elizabeth, and I love Nora and Lucy but I don't think DH is on board with those two.
When MH and I first moved in together, we had this apartment. Almost every night in the middle of the night it sounded like someone was rustling through a newspaper or something. Eventually any random noise (neighbor, vents, etc.) we'd just say, "Oh that's ol' Obediah!" That's awesome, I haven't ever heard that name before or since.
That's awesome, I love it! I had never heard the name before. DH found it when he was going through a list of really old names. I clearly like old person names...and it does sound great with our last name.
We had a "ghost" at my Grandma's house that we'd blame strange happenings on, and his name was Elmer. Hmmm...Elmer...
Donovan (probably our front runner but I really don't want the nn Don or Donnie) Dominic Jack Gavin Reid (DH is vetoing this but it is my favorite so I am keeping it on the table!)
Our girl list so far:
Evelyn
Audrey
Eden (DH doesn't like it, I love it. Not sure if it goes well as a sib set with Emerson, though)
Emerson Kate born 4/6/12, 5 lbs. 13 oz. 18 3/4 inches.
Isla for a girl, Sander for a boy. I'm dead set on this, but DH says we should wait until the baby is born to name it. Like that's gonna happen! lol With DD I had a dream that she was a girl and I had named her Evelyn, so let's hope this time I have this premonitory dream again
So many gorgeous and unique baby name ideas on the board.
Girls: Dakota, Tessa, Clara, Michal, Evan, Brooke. We really like a lot of unisex names for girls. Rose is definitely my front runner for middle names.
As for boys, I'm kind of stuck. I love the name Eli. That's pretty much my only favorite.
Re: Spill your baby names.
Boy: William, Benjamin, Samuel
Our DD is named Evelyn
Girl=Josephine Noelle

If we end up with two boys or two girls we'll actually have to think about names. These have been our names for a year or so.
