Actually nervous for my doc appt today

I'm nervouse and really ready to get to my appointment today. This is my third pregnancy (well, 5th if you count two early losses). With my two girls, I started to show at about 12 weeks and got really big really fast. I looked at photos from when I was 18 weeks with my last pregnancy, and I am MUCH smaller this time around. Couple that with a serious lack of feeling movement, Im really nervous and I can't shake it.. DH is concinved I am making myself more anxious than I should be because we've hd some friends with pregnancy complications in the last year, and he may be right, but that DOESN'T make me feel better..

No real point this post other than to share.. and whine..

Thinking of you today wilburbud, can't wait for your update that everything is going great!

I just wanted to also say you are not alone. I'm PGAL and lately my worries are back... last night I was looking up my bladder infection medication to make sure it couldn't kill the baby (as if a doc would prescribe something that could), and I'm just so worried that I'm not feeling movement since I thought I was last week (maybe it wasn't though). Plus my bump is really small compared to everyone else but I'm 6 feet tall so I think there is just more room in there for everything.

Sorry for the vent really didn't want to make it all about me.... all to say you are not the only one and I'm sure we will all feel better soon with constant movement and good 20 week u/s and everything

This is my fear!! I'm 16 weeks and I don't feel like I look pregnant and this is my second. I'm not feeling the baby move yet so I'm kind of freaking out.

It will go really well hun, try not to worry! I'm PG with #4 and have no consistent movement... I think I went almost a week without feeling anything. It made me feel so nervous, especially since my belly isn't growing as fast as it has been, but I know this is all normal. Hang in there hun!

I wouldn't classify this as whining, you have every right to be nervous. I'm still nervous at every appointment and whenever something seems off. Good luck at your appointment! I hope it's great and you get to see the LO.
