  Alex has never had a fever, only slightly elevated temps with teething. So I am not entirely sure how accurate it is. But it's pretty fast and also easy to use.

  We have one of those temporal (forehead) thermometers and we like it. The one I have can be used on the forehead or underarm. I got it at walgreens.
