What you're trading in doesn't have to be the same item that you're purchasing either. So if you found a ratty old umbrella stroller, you can bring that in for a coupon and put it towards any item on their list (for example). When they still did the program in Canada, I'd grab expired car seats off people to get coupons for gear. But I've seen sales in the US that often kick butt on the BRU trade in prices
