Last night DS took 2 hours to fall asleep at night! He woke up at 8 a.m. took a nap from 1-3 then we put him down at 7:45. Usually we put him down around 7:30 but he had a bath last night. We also went on a bike ride and he was in the bike trailer before the bath etc. Do you think we're putting him down too late or he was over stimulated? anyone else going through this? He usually takes around an hour to fall asleep so last night was different but I still wonder if he's over tired. He doesn't cry or anything he just rolls around or talks to himself. Thanks ladies and happy monday!

E goes to bed at 8:00 pm. We read her books for about 15-20 minutes and then put her in the crib. She is usually asleep before 9:00pm and will sleep until bout 8:00am the next morning.
Sorry you are struggling a bit! I wish I had good advice for you, but night time can be difficult for us too!
